If you have never been arrested convicted or booked. We can assist you with having this information removed from public records with 60 days. No court hearing is required.

In order to regain your gun rights your case must approved for dismissal from the Govenor of the State your case is in. There are requirements for this request that our dedicated legal professional prepare for you to get your application approved. 

If you have a strike or went to prison, you are eligible to have your case removed from your record with permission of the Governer in your state.  There are requirement's that we will go over with you in your initial interview. It can take 3 to 9 months to be completely removed from your record. 

Since we focus on getting you case complelty removed from public recoirds. Recuding your sentences is not as effective as having it dismiussed. Once we have your cased dismissed we remove from public records. Then no one BUT the FBI and the Department of Justice can see you expunged record. This includes government organizations and employers fingerprint scans. You case will be completely deleted. 

Fill our Intake Form, we verify your case and that you qualify. Then we send you an email confirming we found your cases and another email to pay your filing fee. Your fees must be paid in order or us to begin working in your case. We take about 5 days to prepare you documents then file your case to the court you were convicted in. All you have to do is wait for response from the court. This can take 2 to 6 weeks depending on the courthouse. If you get a notice that indicates that your case was approved and, on that day they will grant your request. It will take another 2 weeks to remove from public records from the actual court review date. 

We have monthly payments as low as $25 a month. Your case will be put together but will not be filed till your entire filing fee is paid.
